We are looking for a Sales Consultant in Fort McMurray. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a high-volume sales environment. Previous experience in the sign industry is an asset.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Logging prospects, ensuring a strong conversion ratio, developing and maintaining excellent client relationships with a strong focus on developing new business. Ability to project manage jobs from start to finish ensuring client satisfaction and consistent execution.
The position is a combination of inside and outside sales and the awarded candidate will be managing well established, high volume accounts. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, organized and have great confidence. The awarded candidate will treat the position as though they were self employed and should be willing to pay the price to succeed!

SALES CONSULTANT

TASKS:
1) Log ALL Prospects/Leads daily
2) Convert ALL prospects into Estimates within a timely manner (24-48 hours)
3) Ensure all customers have an exceptional experience dealing with you during the entire process and after project completion (customer survey & follow up calls)
4) Project Manage all orders by accurately administering & supervising all jobs from start to finish including communicating with suppliers, vendors and other in-house departments
5) Develop and maintain a client base including sourcing & developing new business as well as retaining existing clientele 6) Ensure project due dates are met(10-15 business days)

Base $45,000 - $50,000 + Commissions (Potential Earnings of $100,000 + Per Year)

Interview Process:
- Prescreen Phone Interview (5 Mins)
- Initial interview with shop tour (20 Mins)
- Final interview (Half an hour - One Hour)
